Common questions

• Report an entry or block a person: on any judging pair or leaderboard entry, open the “…” menu. Reports are reviewed by people (Community Rules).
• Delete your account or export your data: Profile → Settings → Privacy and diagnostics. Deletion completes within 30 days (Privacy Policy).
• Delete your account without the app: email hello@altdevapps.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the address you signed in with (for Sign in with Apple with a hidden address, from the relay address Apple gave you). We confirm the request by replying to that address, delete the account and its entries, and send a written confirmation, all within 30 days. Ink, prizes and an active Plus subscription are not refundable; cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play first.
• Subscriptions: PencilDrop Plus is managed by the App Store or Google Play; Restore purchases is on the Plus screen. Competing is free for everyone, and Plus never changes how you are judged or what you can win (Terms of Use).
• Competitions and prizes: see the Competition Rules. Entry is free. Winners are shown on the winners’ pages.
• Free colouring pages: every past page is on the free pages for personal printing; the app’s archive has them to colour on screen.
• Age: PencilDrop is for people 16 and over.
